Our Story...
As a coeliac myself and mum to a coeliac daughter, we've spent years struggling to find food that was both trustworthy and exciting and it wasn’t always easy. So I rolled up my sleeves, switched on the oven, and started baking.
What began as a way to keep us both safe soon grew into something bigger: a passion for creating bakes that everyone could enjoy, without compromise.
From pasties to cake slices, every recipe has been tested, tweaked and perfected in our dedicated gluten‑free kitchen to bring you The Cornish Crumb.
With proud Cornish roots and a love for proper comfort food, I wanted to bring a little taste of home to every bake. That’s why you’ll find hearty pasties, nostalgic bakes, and cosy seasonal treats on our menu — all made by hand, all coeliac‑safe, and all crafted with the same care I put into every bake for my own family.
